My visit to Dental Cares was wonderful!! The front desk was very welcoming! The office was very clean and cozy! Dr.Smith was friendly and knowledgeable! Rona was my hygienist! She is top tier! She was super gentle, explained things in a way I can understand, and made my appointment very comfortable. I loved how she took her time to do things right! I left feeling confident in my smile! 10/10

I can’t say enough about the awesome service I’ve gotten with this practice. Brittney made my dental cleaning such a great experience! She was gentle, kind, and clearly very knowledgeable. She explained everything in a simple, reassuring way, and her sense of humor made the whole visit feel relaxed. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits, Brittney is exactly the kind of hygienist you want. Highly recommend!

I’m so thankful I found this dentist office! I had not gone to the dentist for 5 years (yeesh) and they welcomed me with no judgement and made me feel like I was in a safe space immediately. Rona, the dental hygienist, greets me with kindness and some great jokes every time. I even look forward to going to the dentist now! Rona gets my teeth the cleanest they have ever been, and pearly white! They helped me with any concerns and fixed up any dental work I needed The dentist was a hoot too 😆 this office runs on fun and friendship, you can tell they are a great team as soon as you walk to the back. Reception is always kind and always take my calls I love this place and already booked my husband with Rona (dental hygienist) and the dentist! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had flown into the Memphis area for work and woke up with a throbbing tooth and called DentalCares and they were able to get me in there immediately! They explained the pricing and took phenomenal care of me for a great price (in my opinion) and had me out the door in no time and pain free may I add! I want to give a shout out to the two who helped me. Dr Smith, you sir were fantastic and have given me the very first dental appointment in my life that didn’t stress me out! And last but certainly not least, Ms Mallorie, from the primary phone call through the extraction you were by my side like an old friend that made me feel totally comfortable and surrounded by a loved one. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You folks are amazing!

I'm so happy to find this dentist. Dr. Smith and his staff are compassionate and thorough. They listen to the patient's concerns and take time to explain the dental procedures. The office staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. My first visit was a truly positive experience. A special thank you to Dari (RDH) for making me feel comfortable doing an extensive procedure of Periodontal Scaling.

I have never been to a Dentist where I felt welcomed and truly cared for from the moment of check in to meeting the staff. I truly felt like a VIP! My compliments to Ms. Gwen she was very personable and professional she is definitely a keeper! Thank you so much Dental Cares your name says it all!

They are fantastic in many ways. When it comes to treatment and what is needed, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to let you know exactly what is going to be done and why. On the other side of their professionalism is a nice glimmer of humor that pit me at ease. The great dynamic of personalities mesh to make it almost entertaining even though they are about to perform unpleasant procedures that we all hate. Very smooth methodology is used so that there is no hinderence on us as patients. Great job guys and gals!

I dont usually leave reviews but I had to spread the good word about my new dental home! The staff was very friendly, starting with the two ladies upfront. They got me in and out. My hygienist Brittney was superior and thorough from beginning to end. She has great chair side manners, so if you're looking for a new hygienist call and book with her! Oh yeah, Dr. Smith is a cool guy! Try them out!

I was a first time patient as I broke a tooth and decided to come to them..I am very very happy I did. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have a severe gag reflex and Ms Mallory talked me through it and helped me with the impression. Ms. Owen was awesome and love her personality. Destiny was a big help as well. Dr.Smith was great and made me comfortable and not ashamed. The whole staff is great and even though I had a problem they helped me through it and will be Oral Care Team, Rickey. My autocorrect made a couple of mistakes and I should have proof read it. Ms. Gwen not Ms Owen, and Ms. Mallorie not Mallory. I'm very sorry but will make sure to check next time!

I havent been to the dentist in at least 10 years. The staff is very welcoming and we had a great time. They are very personable and make the appointment fun. Ms. Gwen is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so welcomed as well as the rest of the staff!
